Who you are contracting with. “Jagg Pro Digital” is a business name used by Graham Bristow o/a Jagg Pro, a sole proprietorship based at 23 Benjamin Cres, Orangeville, ON L9W 5H1, Canada. In these Terms, “Jagg Pro Digital”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that sole proprietorship. Jagg Pro Digital is not an incorporated company.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
You represent that you are engaging Jagg Pro Digital for business purposes and not as a consumer. The parties acknowledge that the services are provided on a business-to-business basis and are intended to fall outside consumer-protection legislation governing consumer transactions.
Jagg Pro Digital provides growth systems, customized website design and build, managed hosting, local SEO, and related digital services to small businesses. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined on our website and confirmed in writing prior to any work commencing.
Jagg Pro Digital reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
The customized website build is provided at no build fee as part of the Free Website Build plan (a site typically valued at $3,000+). The following conditions apply:
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST/GST). Current pricing is as follows:
Optional add-ons. Add-on services are available to Business Accelerator clients only, are billed monthly in addition to the plan fee, and may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Current add-ons are One-Click Marketing Campaigns at $149/month and the AI Crew members listed at jaggpro.com/ai-crew, from $49/month. One-Click Marketing Campaigns was previously bundled into Business Accelerator; as of 23 August 2026 it is a paid add-on. Clients who were already receiving it as part of their plan before that date continue to receive it at no additional charge for the remainder of their current term.
AI voice usage. The Missed Call Recovery System may be configured to use an AI voice answering service. Business Accelerator includes AI voice usage of up to $25 per month at no additional charge. Usage in excess of that amount is passed through to the client at Jagg Pro Digital’s own cost, with no markup, and appears as a separate line on the following invoice. Jagg Pro Digital will notify the client before the first invoice on which overage appears.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts that are 14 or more days past due.
Optional standalone hosting & management purchased on its own is billed month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
The Free Website Build hosting & maintenance carries a 6-month minimum term, with the first and last month payable up-front at signup. After the minimum term it continues on a month-to-month basis; either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, and because the last month is prepaid, no further monthly fee is owed on a cancellation effective at the end of the term. Business Accelerator is billed month-to-month; either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Upon cancellation, we will provide you with your website files and, if applicable, transfer your domain name to a registrar of your choice.
Upon full payment of any applicable fees, you own the content of your website (text, images you provided, and the final design as customized for your brand). Jagg Pro Digital retains ownership of any proprietary tools, code frameworks, or template bases used in development.
You represent that any content, images, or materials you provide to us are owned by you or that you have the right to use them, and that their use will not infringe any third-party rights.

Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery timelines. Jagg Pro Digital is not responsible for project delays resulting from client inaction.
Jagg Pro Digital's liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes from our SEO or web design services.
We target 99% uptime for hosted websites. Downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare), scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control is excluded from this commitment. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Graham Bristow o/a Jagg Pro (Jagg Pro Digital).
Mobile contact information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details of how we handle your mobile information and consent records, see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
After the applicable minimum term of a plan — the 6-month minimum term for the Free Website Build hosting & maintenance — either party, including Jagg Pro Digital, may terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason with 30 days' written notice. Business Accelerator and other month-to-month services may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice at any time.
Jagg Pro Digital reserves the right to immediately terminate services without notice in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or illegal use of our services. Termination does not relieve the client of any amounts owed for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, power or internet outages, or the failure or unavailability of third-party platforms, networks, or infrastructure providers. Affected obligations — including any guarantee period under Section 5a — are suspended for the duration of the event.
The service agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous statements, proposals, marketing materials, and website content. The client acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation, promise, or statement of specific results that is not expressly set out in the executed agreement. In the event of a conflict, the executed agreement prevails over website content.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Publishing them is not consent, express or implied, to receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or any other law.
