Everything you need to know about how Jagg Pro Digital works — ownership, payments, edits, and timelines. No surprises, no fine print that contradicts what we told you upfront.
Jagg Pro Digital — Service Agreement · Last Updated: 2025
Who you are contracting with. “Jagg Pro Digital” is a business name used by Jagg Pro, a sole proprietorship based in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. Throughout this document, “Jagg Pro Digital” refers to that sole proprietorship. Jagg Pro Digital is not an incorporated company.
Under the Free Website Build there is no build fee. Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client once the 6-month minimum term has been completed and all amounts owing have been paid. From that point the website is the client’s to keep, and there is no requirement to continue hosting or any monthly plan in order to own it.
Where a website is built under a separate engagement that carries a one-time build fee, full ownership transfers upon payment of that fee in full.
Before ownership transfers, Jagg Pro Digital retains ownership of the work and reserves the right to withhold delivery, or to remove, suspend, or modify the website, in the event of non-payment or breach of agreement.
In all cases, Jagg Pro Digital retains ownership of its proprietary tools, code frameworks, and template bases used in development; these are licensed to the client for use on their own website and are not transferred.
The website build is a one-time service, provided at no build fee under the Free Website Build plan and paired with the 6-month minimum hosting & maintenance term. Once that term is completed and all amounts owing are paid, the website is yours to keep with no further obligation, as set out in Section 1.
Standalone hosting & management purchased on its own is billed month-to-month, and you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. The Free Website Build hosting & maintenance carries a 6-month minimum term (with the first and last month payable up-front at signup), after which it continues month-to-month; because the last month is prepaid, no further monthly fee is owed on a cancellation effective at the end of the term. Business Accelerator is billed month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, and Jagg Pro Digital also reserves the right to terminate at any time and for any reason with 30 days' written notice.
Upon cancellation, Jagg Pro Digital will deliver the website in file format and initiate the transfer of the client’s domain name. Domain transfers can take up to 15 business days to complete.
Additional fees apply for any of the following: website transfer to a third-party host, host environment setup, DNS configuration, SSL certificate setup, domain registrar setup, or any other technical setup or transition services. These services are billed at $100/hour.
Edits, updates, and additions include any request to add, remove, change, or modify any element of the website including text, images, layout, pages, forms, links, or functionality.
Edits are counted in batches. One batch is a single emailed request containing up to 20 individual edits.
Initial website build: up to 5 batch edits in total across the build, covering revisions before and immediately after launch.
Management & Hosting Package (including the hosting & maintenance paired with the Free Website Build): 1 batch edit per billing cycle.
Business Accelerator: 2 batch edits per billing cycle.
Any work requested that falls outside the scope of the client’s current package — including but not limited to new pages, redesigns, added functionality, integrations, copywriting, or custom features — may be completed at an additional cost of $100/hour. A quote or estimate will be provided prior to work beginning whenever possible.
Optional add-on services. Some services are offered as monthly add-ons rather than as part of a package. Add-ons are available to Business Accelerator clients only, are billed monthly in addition to the plan fee, and may be cancelled effective the end of any billing cycle. One-Click Marketing Campaigns is a $149/month add-on. AI Crew members are priced individually from $49/month and are listed at jaggpro.com/ai-crew. One-Click Marketing Campaigns formed part of the Business Accelerator package prior to 23 August 2026; clients receiving it under that arrangement continue to receive it at no additional charge for the remainder of their current term.
AI voice usage on the Missed Call Recovery System. The Missed Call Recovery System may be configured three ways at no difference in price: missed-call text back, an AI smart answering service, or both. Where the AI voice option is used, Business Accelerator includes AI voice usage of up to $25 per month. Usage above that amount is passed through at Jagg Pro Digital’s own cost with no markup, itemised separately on the next invoice, and the client will be notified before the first invoice on which it appears.
Statistics, projections, and performance data referenced in Jagg Pro Digital materials, proposals, or website content are based on median outcomes derived from industry research, including sources such as BrightLocal, SmartInsights, and SearchX (2024–2025). These figures are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.
Individual results will vary. Actual performance depends on numerous factors beyond Jagg Pro Digital’s control, including but not limited to: your local market conditions, competitive landscape, quality and consistency of implementation, budget, client engagement, and external algorithm or platform changes.
By entering into an agreement with Jagg Pro Digital, the client acknowledges and understands that results are not guaranteed, and that their experience may differ from the statistics or outcomes referenced. Jagg Pro Digital makes no express or implied guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
The quality, detail, and uniqueness of your website is directly tied to the information you provide. The more background, content, photos, preferences, and direction you supply, the more tailored and effective your website will be. Clients who provide thorough information consistently receive better outcomes.

For most standard website projects, the estimated build and delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date all required client information is received.
Some website samples, mockups, or examples shown to clients for inspiration or reference may include advanced features, premium plugins, custom graphics, animations, or third-party integrations. These elements may not be included in the standard website build or in the client’s selected package.

Jagg Pro Digital will make reasonable efforts to communicate what is and is not included before work begins.
Jagg Pro Digital may utilize third-party platforms, tools, and services in the delivery of its services, including but not limited to hosting providers, domain registrars, page builders, plugins, analytics platforms, and advertising networks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jagg Pro Digital, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, services provided by Jagg Pro Digital.
This includes but is not limited to:
Jagg Pro Digital’s total liability in any matter arising from or related to its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
By signing a Jagg Pro Digital service agreement, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Jagg Pro Digital’s services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
